    Hello Konrad,

    You have already sent multiple requests to Avira support. Please answer the instructions you received from the support team.

    Avira does not use activation codes anymore. All products can be downloaded and managed directly from the customer account at my.avira.com/en. Licenses purchased in the Avira Online Shop are automatically activated under the email address of the order.

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. 
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under it.

    Please answer the support question, only from there you can access your license purchased in the Avira Online Shop. Here in the Avira community, we do not have access to your customer account.

    If you purchased the license in a retail store, please contact the retailer where you purchased the license and provide your proof of purchase (also the date of purchase is important). Goods purchased from the retailer can only be claimed against proof of purchase.

    Premium customers with a valid license, correct registration with reference number of the license can contact the support team from the customer account directly under "SUPPORT", by chat and by e-mail.
