Avira Antivirus Scanner/My Account
TerminéeI actually have had 2 situations going on. A few days ago I opened the app to check settings, use scanner etc.,the app wouldn't allow me to do anything, pages were misbehaving, loading then not loading, it had me log in to my account 4 times not accepting credentials,when it finally did everything in my account was gone, look like I was using app for the first time. Scann history and such were gine, so I'm not sure what to make of it.
2nd issue is the scanner is no longer scanning updated apps or downloaded apps at all since June 16. If someone could assist me in these issues, it would be much appreciated, as I don't know where else to look for help with Avira.

According to your description, it is obvious that something is wrong with your Avira installation. Unfortunately, you did not provide us with any information about your installed Avira version nor about your installed OS.
