    Unfortunately, we are not able to support languages other than English and German on this board. So please be so kind and send us a request in one of these languages.

    Hello Pascha45,

    I am confortable with the use of English, I will stick to that idiom for the sake of this request.

    I did not had the time to focus and see that ITA was not supported, my fault.

    I do not know if we are entitled for premium support, I only know we have a multilicense.

    That side, I can confirm you that, whilst not reading or knowing the community guidelines, I abided to them by "searching first, posting later".

    I honestly did not find where to search for the avira registry, the log that I can find on the application Settings  General / Logs

     "by first searching and then posting". This is unimportant and not helpful for us - in contrast to important information about your license.

    Important is in the instructions: "How to create a post?":

    With your information, a concrete answer is not possible.
    "I do not know if we are entitled for premium support, I only know we have a multilicense."

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, chat and (partially) phone.
