I have posted a copy of  the invoice to you as proof of my purchase I have paid for the service, the license has been sent to an incorrect email address. I purchased my license with my email address

The email address has been removed

  We have removed your email address for your security. Please never leave email addresses in a public forum.

  You have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account. Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license.

  Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. If the purchased license is not displayed in your customer account, your access data is not correct. 

  If you paid with PayPal, did you include the delivery address there? See:

  Please check your order with PayPal, and log in with the email address you used there during the order process. In addition, please check if your 2nd email address in your customer account has been correctly verified by you.
  Often you are no longer aware with which email address the subscription was ordered.
  We have noticed that you have already contacted support several times. It would be useful to continue to clarify your questions about the license with support, also to avoid duplicate processing.
  Questions about the license or installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account directly under "Support" by email and GDPR-compliant.

  Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT". Thank you for your understanding.

  Another important point. You write here:

  Unfortunately, no copy of this invoice has been provided by you here in the forum.

  If you have paid with PayPal, then you should have this invoice from PayPal. This invoice contains a 17-digit Transaction ID.  So, your order - the email address for sending the order - can also be checked by you to get clarity about the allegedly not delivered license. It would also be useful to know how you installed the license. Thank you for your understanding.
