Removing system extension

I have been using the free version of Avira for Mac under Big Sur. However, recently I have been getting frequent error messages. I was advised to remove Avira. I followed the instructions on the Avira website for doing this but a diagnostic report produced by EtreCheck Pro, a system extension Avira Scan Service - version 9.3.7 remains on the machine. How do Remove this?

If the "diagnostic report produced by EtreCheck Pro" remains on the machine after you removed the Avira software, that is correct.
You write the "diagnostic report produced by EtreCheck Pro, a system extension Avira Scan Service - version 9.3.7 " is not, as you unfortunately incorrectly state here, from Avira, but correctly see from:

Unfortunately, I omitted a word from my previous post. The post should have read "According to a diagnostic report produced by EtreCheck Pro, a system extension — Avira Scan Service - version 9.7 — remains on the machine."

My previous post did not say that EtreCheck Pro was from Avira. It did not complain that EtreCheck Pro remained on my Mac.
My post pointed out that an extension, Avira Scan Service - version 9.3.7, remained on my computer after I had followed the instruction provided by Avira for completely removing Avira software from a Mac. Avira Scan Service IS from Avira. So I ask again: how can the extension, Avira Scan Service - version 9.3.7, be removed if following the instructions provided on Avira's website for removing Avira software does not result in its removal?
