    From here, from the public community, unfortunately no list of your files requested for deletion can be provided. Likewise, a description of the scanned macOS junk files on your device cannot be provided from a public forum.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login (and license reference number) can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via e-mail, chat and (partly) phone.
    From there, your installed Avira version can be viewed.  We have been informed that you have already contacted the support team. You can get further details from the support team in your self-created contact, also to avoid time-consuming double processing. Thank you for your understanding.
