la quarantena ha bloccato la mia chiavetta

appena ho inserito la chiavetta avira ha messo in quarantena i file presenti, evidentemente fra questi ci sono dei malware, comunque ce ne sono altri molto importanti come foto e video e non riesco a recuperarli, ho provato ad aprire Avira come amministratore ma niente, finisco sempre a leggere "non è stato possibile ripristinare i file". Come dovrei fare?
