    Hello Steve,

    You write that you have purchased Avira Prime and have installed the version.
    Here you can find a tutorial on how to install the Avira Prime version:

    If you have followed these instructions, your purchased Prime license will be displayed in your customer account. According to your description, there is an error with your access data and your registration for the Prime version.

    Premium customers with a valid license, correct registration and the license reference number can contact the support team directly from the account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, chat and (partially) phone. 
    You are writing here in the community, a public forum, we do not have access to your customer account nor to your installation.
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
