Not open in Mozzila or Edge

I can't open password manager on Mozzila browser, nor MS Edge. I can log in to my account, but password manager is not opening, I haven't problem to this day with password manager in Opera, not Mozzila. Using with Mozzila about 3 weeks. I have password manager on my Iphone also. It's says this message again and again: Oops! Something went wrong. Very frustrating indeed.

  Unfortunately, you did not provide us with any information about your OS. From the Avira Community, a public forum, no access to your customer account or your installation is possible.
  Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration and the Avira reference number or the transaction code of the contract can contact the support team from the customer account directly under "SUPPORT". Only the support team can access your installation.
  Have you ever tried to remove your installations and set them up again? "Oops! Something went wrong" tells you that something is wrong with your installation.

  The publicly available Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

  Hello, my OS is Win10, last update, my browser also have last update. This problem continuing, and so I have two choices here, I will pay for Premium and will have the customer service or I quit and change to product which will work for me and if I will satisfied I will pay for Premium than. See the difference? I been using LastPass  for years without problem and now using Avira and it not allows me to access to my passwords easily, so I'm not satified. So have you some solution or just Premium?

  Btw, of course I have removed the extension from browser, but what is the point to do it every time it not load the passwords?

  I tried different browser and it worked, the problem is in Mozzila it not open the window with master password credentials to fill in, so there is some restriction from something in the browser. I added exception to the url where I could in settings, still not opens the window with master password.

  Now it is working, but still I consider the password manager with app and / or possibly with offline access, or pc / hdd storage...
