    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. There is no access to your account or to your installation from here. 
    You have already contacted the support, there it is also pointed out: "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."
     
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration as well as the Avira reference number or the transaction code of the contract can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT":

    We do not have any information about your installation, from the support there is access to your Avira version and your installation. The publicly available Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira support directly.
