    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum, we have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation. In the database "Knowledgebase & Customer Support" are instructions for Security Windows (Quarantine) available, which every Avira user can look at and inform himself.

    Only you have access to your password, unfortunately this is not available in a public forum. We have no access to your customer account, let alone to your password.
