Unable to Delete Data or Delete Account
TerminéeI cannot delete my data and/or my account. I tried but cannot get a confirmation that it is deleted. Please advise!

I am simply trying to remove my passwords and other info from Avira servers since I have gone another route. It's good that they have informed you that I contacted them but they have not contacted me. They have given no confirmation that my data has been removed. And I'm very clear that "Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration with the license number can contact the support team". That's all over their website. But where does that really leave me? I should purchase the product just to have my data deleted?
Getting a company to delete your personal info should be easy but this has been like pulling my own teeth. But I do appreciate and am very thankful for your community support and your very prompt reply to my post!

Yes, it is amazing that, despite the references made over and over again to premium support and access being restricted in the community. Even the Avira community guidelines are ignored: "How to create a Post"In the community, neither access to the customer account nor the installation is possible, it is an user2user forum. After all, it says in the chat, "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." Receiving Support via the customer account opens the gate - GDPR-compliant via email.
Perhaps there will be another reader here on the forum who can weigh in on your information.
