avira prime noch niet te downloaden
TerminéeiK Heb via de officiële site een paar dagen geleden een maand abbonnement gekocht voor avira prime via sepa, vannochtend is het geld 9,95 euro naar u bankrekening gestuurd maar als ik op het avira acount kijk dan zijn er noch geen nieuwe abbonnementen, duurt dat noch even voor dat hij is verwerkt is.

I bought Avira Prime via the official site of Avira Avira Prime for 9.95 per month via SEPA that amount was transferred to your account this morning, but when I look at the Avira account I see neither any new subscriptions, it does not take a while for it to be processed perhaps?

Hello Igw laroy,Under this email address, which you have used here for this post, no license is stored by you.Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Please check the email address associated with your order.
Please log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail address and the password you entered for this subscription), then the previously purchased subscription will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions. If it is not displayed, your access data is not correct.
