Have you set the automatic licence renewal according to your wishes, see:

If you can't find this order in your account, it doesn't mean you didn't order it. You have 2 email addresses in your customer account. In addition, it seems to be an automatic renewal that you have not deactivated.
Important: Uninstalling the software is not a cancellation!
