    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. We have neither access to your customer account nor to your installation.
    Questions about your licence or installation can only be dealt with via your customer account, with which you ordered the licence, in accordance with GDPR by email with the support.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. The free Prime offer cannot be requested again, it is only available 1 x in a time window.

    If it is not displayed there, your access data is incorrect. Please check your login in your customer account.
    With a correct login, the ordered product can be installed immediately from the customer account.

    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
