Questions about your licence and your installation can only be answered by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email. 
    We have been informed that you have already contacted the support twice. You will receive further information from support in your self-created ticket, also to avoid duplicate processing.
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.
