    I have to update AVIRA on my laptop but a message appears saying "AVIRA product and services are disabled" and "you cannot use AVIRA in the country you are in". But the country is Italy and I have installed AVIRA here. I tried to uninstall it to install it again but a message comes out saying I don’t have permission to uninstall it. How do I keep going? What do I need to do to get my laptop back? Thanks
