    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a public forum. We do not have access to your customer account, your installed Avira version, your installed OS or a version number of the OS.
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (partly) phone.

    Your licence and contract documents are stored with the support team and can be viewed there. A check will be possible on the basis of these documents.

    Your info:  "I didn't even really look at what I was clicking on"  is not helpful for troubleshooting without access to your installation.

    Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email according to the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by email in compliance with GDPR.
