MY Avira account says I have no active subscriptions, but my credit card was just charged AUD$46.95 . what is happening ?

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.
    Questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community Guidelines:

    You have stored several email addresses in your Avira customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Premium customers with a valid licence, correct registration and the Avira reference number of the contract can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (partly) telephone.

    You have already contacted the support team. The digital assistant will draw your attention to this:
    "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
    " If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."

    With correct login - with the e-mail address you used when purchasing the subscription - your subscription will be displayed in your customer account. In the community, no access to your customer account is possible via email in accordance with GDPR, only public contributions can be posted here. Thank you for your understanding.
