I'm an Avira customer, I'm trying to get in touch with the administrative part that manages transactions for the payment of license renewals, but it won't let me access the service because it doesn't recognize me as a customer with a premium license, the problem is that I have I did the renewal, but currently nothing has been renewed yet. Unfortunately, you did not provide any information about your licence. You did not specify how you proceeded with the renewal.
Here you will find instructions for automatic licence renewal, which you can set up in your customer account as desired.

Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. If it is not displayed, your access data is incorrect.
With your access data, which you used when ordering the subscription, your subscription is displayed in your Avira customer account, and it is possible to contact the Avira support team directly via email GDPR-compliant.
