Hello Lys,
You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation. With the sparse information provided to us, we cannot follow your request.
Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by email in compliance with the GDPR.Unfortunately, here is no way to contact Avira Support directly via the publicly accessible Avira Community.
See the Avira Community Guidelines:Avira Community Guidelines – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira
We have been informed that you have already contacted support several times. It would therefore make sense to continue contacting the support team. Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards

Hello Lys,
You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, so questions about your installation can be dealt in compliance with the GDPR by emailing the support team.
Users of the free Avira software do not have access to Avira Support - i.e. this applies to the Avira software you have selected and installed.
Premium customers with a paid, valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account to receive technical support.
With Avira Premium products, you have unlimited and free access to Avira customer support. This is also stated in the descriptions of the various Avira Software Premium offers.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you why these 248 apps are installed on your device and who downloaded them.
We have already provided you with the "Avira Community Guidelines". It also states "How to create a post - Details matter". This avoids time-consuming queries.
The Avira Community is a public "user2user" forum, maybe here is a reader who reads your post and has experience with the process you described. Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards
