    You are posting here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation.
    If you cannot contact Avira, then you have not registered correctly.
    You have  e-mail addresses in your customer account. Please check if all 3 are verified by you.
    Only with your access data, which you entered when ordering, will your subscription be displayed, and you can contact support directly.
    If it is not displayed, the access data is incorrect. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    In addition, you have already contacted the support team several times. Check your access data and enter the e-mail address of your order correctly in your customer account.
    Your licence will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can install directly from there or contact the support team. If they are not displayed, your access data in your customer account is incorrect.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
