Subscription problems
TerminéeI don't know which account does my subscription goes to because I was planning to try the free trial, but I wasn't sign in, but I already got the receipt for free trial.
I open the email that I use but when I login it didnt show the subscription.

We're sorry that you don't know which account your subscription is on. If you have not signed up, then it will be difficult for you. It is not understandable that you order a free trial and do not take care of the installation and the contract regulations and thus ignore the regulations for a correct registration. Please note that the free trial period can be cancelled if you do not wish to subscribe for a new year.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account, you are writing here in a public forum. We do not know your e-mail address for the order, only you can know that.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. If it is not displayed, your access data is not correct.

You have not activated a Prime licence under the email address used for this article. A purchased licence is activated by Avira directly under the email address of the order. It can be used immediately after correct registration in the customer account with the customer's access data (e-mail address of the order and the password chosen by the customer).

I literally got the receipt on my email but when I login on that email it shows I didn't subscribe to any subscriptions so I can't cancel the free trial. I'm afraid once it is near the end date, it will automatically deduct my money. And why would you need to be premium to contact real person support that is so wrong.

If the correct access data is made available to the support, your ordered licence will be displayed in your customer account. If nothing is displayed, then the access data you entered for the licence you ordered is incorrect. You have entered at least 2 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account, but neither of them has the licence you ordered activated. You have probably already requested a trial version. This licence can only be used once within 12 months.
The customer's attention is drawn to the automatic licence renewal, if this is not set correctly, this trial version will be converted into a licence. This is also described in the trial version. A 2nd trial version within 12 months cannot be claimed. Please check your order!We have already described everything to you in detail. You have received an invoice with a reference number.
