    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation. We do not have any information from you about your OS with the exact version number or your Avira licence with the last update.

    We have been informed that you have already contacted the support team. The digital assistant has asked you to provide your licence:
    "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
    "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."

    Please log in with your access data of your purchased licence.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with GDPR.

    The problem is that I was looking for a good antivirus and I was trying it and then it gave me an error and I don't want to pay a license to solve an error that the same program generated for me, which it won't have to generate for me since it will have to be completely uninstalled.
