License activation

Hi!

I've paid for license Avira Prime but cannot find active license in my account. Also I cannot find any contacts to discuss situation in details. E-mail address I use to log-in and e-mail address used for payment confirmation were different. What can I do?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to understand the information you have provided. You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, we have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation.

  Questions about your licence or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR-compliant by email.

  Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
  Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the licence.  You have 4 (!) e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.

  You have already contacted the support team several times. The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this each time:
  "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."  and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A question can only be answered correctly if you are logged in correctly.

  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

  You will receive further information in your self-created ticket GDPR-compliant via e-mail from support, also to avoid duplicate processing. Thank you for your understanding.
