Account inaccessible
TerminéeI have an account with the e-mail address
xxxxxxxxxxxx postmail.ch
However, this e-mail address address does no longer work because the provider terminated service. In addition I also forgot the password for this account.
I created a new account with the e-mail address xxxxxxxxxxxx hotmail.ch
However, my subscription is on the old account with the e-mail address xxxxxxxxxxxx postmail.ch which is no longer accessible.
How can this issue be resolved?
