    We can't understand your request: "I need to contact customer support regarding my account. Please provide me with an email so I can get in touch with them."

    You have already contacted Avira Support twice (12.1.2024 and 14.1.2024) with questions about your account!?

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your installation.
    Questions about your licence or your payment processing can only be answered by the support team via email in compliance with GDPR.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
