What happened to Avira? I cannot get a hold of customer service after 3 months

I have been trying to get a hold of avira due to message of suspicious software and after 3 months I always get a hold of a chat bot named Mark it says is going to create a ticket for me ,but nobody contacts me or sees my requests.
I tried calling Avira Call center +1(xxx)4xxxxx0 within their business hours and it disconnects my calls.
Is avira still using people or agents that work for them ? Nobody seems to work there in chat any more is always that bot.
I am also trying to withdraw my crypto but nobody seems to answer and my coinbase account is already connected but shows error 404 account cannot be created.
Can someone help me?

I have paid my monthly subscription a few hours ago.
Unfortunately, "Your computer is infected,
you have visited illegal/pornografic sites,
Trojan,
illegal MP4 files,
someone is dowrnloading files from your computer,
and constanct sound of notifications is seen and heard"
Then I looked for customer support.
There is none.
I clearly want to cancel my subscription and want refund.
What does the community say about Avira support?
I am a marketing person and could have promoted Avira globally and sent customers your way...
