    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum.

    Unfortunately, questions about your licence or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email with Avira Support.
    Unfortunately, here the publicly accessible Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly.

    Here you will find instructions on how to check your settings, through which an automatic renewal is set by you according to your wishes, please check these - your setting copied from support on the day of billing - in your customer account, see:

    The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this:  "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."  and  "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  A satisfactory response is only possible with your correct registration.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (partly) telephone.

    At the bottom of this page, you will find instructions on how to cancel the contract:

    there is no cancel contract on this page. This is outrageous. There is no way to do it on my account. 

    Find me a way to do it. 

    I want a refund !!!

    We are unable to understand the details of your problems.
    We will inform you again about the instructions provided by AVIRA as you write:
    "there is no cancel contract on this page. This is outrageous. There is no way to do it on my account."
