    Unfortunately, we cannot answer your questions. You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor do we know the version of your installed OS. 

    Avira has not used a product key for activation for a long time. All products can be downloaded and managed directly via the customer account at: my.avira.com/en

    In your Avira customer account under "My Avira Account" and under "Subscriptions" all your purchased licences and installed licences are displayed and can be viewed, deleted or reinstalled on another device.

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. by e-mail in compliance with the GDPR. Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately no way to contact Avira Support directly.

    When I go to my account >subscriptions my license for my 3 device subscription does not show up anywhere.

    You know the email address for your Avira licence order.  We have no documents about your orders or about the purchase of your licence. See our post from today, 18:00 h!
