    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with any information about the Avira version you have purchased.
    You only write: "I have AVIRA subscription." Unfortunately, your information is without the exact name of your licence. Without correct information about your licence, we cannot answer your question. The VPN is included in the Avira Prime version, it just needs to be fully registered and correctly installed.
    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. Here in the Avira Community, we do not have access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS with its exact name and current version number.
