We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your installed OS and current update with exact version number.
We have already provided you with the Avira Community guidelines to inform you about the Avira guidelines.You have the documents for your order of the Avira licence - we have no documents for your order here.
If you were charged for the subscription via Apple Pay, you must have placed the order via the Apple App Store. Please log in to your Apple customer account with the access data for your licence that you used when ordering.
Only licenses that were purchased in the Avira Online Shop are stored in an Avira customer account and can therefore be viewed in the Avira customer account.
You know where you purchased your Avira licence, and your subscription is also displayed with the access data of your order. Your access data for your order is only known to you. Have you looked in your Apple customer account?
Unfortunately, questions about your order or questions about your Avira version and your installation can only be processed via your customer account in accordance with the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail via the customer account of your order. Thank you for your understanding.
