    Hello,

    I have similar issue. I used to login to avira with my google account, but for some time it's impossible and error communicates are completly useless.

    <-- Here is screen from my current error.

    I have Xiaomi with MIUI 13.0.1.0 and Android with 12 SP1A.210812.016, Avira PWM with 2.11 version. Two-factor authentication accepted my code from SMS but then Google cannot login me. I've also tried to login with browser, but with no success. Browser ask me for allowing for cookies usage with information that Avira using old way of google authentication (maybe something here doesn't work well?). I've tried to reinsall Avira PWM, but also with no success. Now after all those trials the only error app is displaying is the one from the screen which tells me completly nothing. This situation is not single time. I have this issue for months, but I get used to live without app. Hope to get back using it - it was really handy. Will be glad for any advices or passing info to the dev team.

    You have not provided any information about your paid Avira version.  Every Avira subscription purchased in the Avira online store is activated under the e-mail address with which the licence was purchased.

    You are posting here in an user2user forum. Neither the Avira support team nor the Avira 'development team' can be accessed from here. These teams can be reached directly by licence holders. Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (in some cases) telephone.

    Your information about your Google account login is not understandable for us. In order to work with a software, it would be useful to understand the messages! You write:  "Now after all those trials the only error app is displaying is the one from the screen which tells me completly nothing."

    Unfortunately, questions about your Avira licence and your installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by e-mail, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail.

    Hello,

    You were totally unhelpful, you have used many words to said “we cannot help you, pay Avira so they could help you”. I get it, I won't receive any help here. Paying for services because they're broken seems like the dumbest possible strategy. I will switch to some other password manager which works. And please, respect other people here, don't teach us how the world works. I didn't make this post so you could repeat public accessible information. I hoped somebody from the community has some bigger knowledge and could be helpful. If your main role is convincing people to pay avira because of their buggy software, I can inform you that is deeply unethical and seems like extortion. I've just lost faith in Avira, their professionalism and definitely won't ever buy their products.
