You are writing here with Avira access data to a customer account that you set up yesterday. This cannot contain your cancellation, which you submitted 3 weeks ago (as you write). Unfortunately, we can't check anything, only you can do that with your own cancellation and refund documents, which you must have if you cancelled correctly. Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Based on your contract data available there, your request can be answered by the support team by e-mail in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant. Thank you for your understanding.
