High use of Enpoint Protection service

In Windows when I open task manager there are many times when Endpoint Protection Service can use 30% or more of CPU. This slows down the computer. Is this normal?

We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation (Avira licence) nor to your installed OS and the current update with the exact version and OS number.

The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this several times: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." Only with correct registration is "I want to communicate with a PERSON about the problem" your request for personal contact possible.The support team has replied to you. Unfortunately, however, you have not answered the questions from the support team - you have submitted another new support-ticket and additional a new ticket here in the Community without the urgently required information to the support team and also here in the Avira Community.
Unfortunately, questions about your Avira licence and your installation can only be processed by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by e-mail, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with the support team.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone. - Please note that email and support-chat is only possible GDPR-compliant via email.
