    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum.  We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation nor to your installed OS and the current update with exact version numbers - i.e. neither to the Avira licence nor to the OS with version number.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community guidelines:

    Questions about your order or questions about your Avira version and your installation can unfortunately only be processed by the support team via your customer account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by e-mail, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail.
    You have already had various contacts with Avira Support using your different email addresses. Questions about your licence are only possible with Support. Refunds can only be requested by the owner of the licence with the email address of the order itself, we have no authorization to do so.
