boa noite, eu tentei fazer o teste gratuito para experimental o avira e coloquei o meu paypal, mas depois fui as minhas assinaturas e subcrições e não apareceu nada , foi como se não tivesse ativado, agora passado uns dias saiu da minha conta 104€ eu não autorizei a subscrição nem me apareceu que estava ativa, peço que me devolvam esse montante pois não pretendo continuar com a subscrição.
O site não deixa ir para a parte de refunds, o char não serve para nada, não entendo, muito fraca esta empresa.
