    Hello Peter,

    Unfortunately, we cannot follow your instructions.

    You have purchased Avira Antivirus Pro for 5 devices. In the description of this product, only the systems "Windows" and "Mac" are specified for installation. 
    iOS is not offered in the licence "Avira Antivirus Pro for 5 devices"!

    You can also check your device at the bottom of this page to see if this licence fits your device. Scroll down and see:

     

    There you will find the installation details only for Windows and Mac. You pay for Windows and Mac! Not for iOS device!

    Your : It seems that Avira is actively selling a product on iPhone, that doesn't actually work on iPhone. Your perception about the Avira Pro for 5 devices offers is not correct. That is your misinterpretation, iOS is not offered. There is a difference between the OS macOS and the OS iOS! All information is officially and correctly displayed in the Avira offer.

    Your: "There is a prompt to enter activation - I try that, activation code is not recognized."  Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    So if Avira Pro is not supported on iPhone - then explain why I get the ad shown in the attached screenshot selling a Pro subscription, with a Restore Purchase Link that does not work?!!!

    These have nothing to do with your purchased version "Avira Antivirus Pro for 5 devices" your description, see: Pro subscription, good for 5 devices !

    We are closing your post because you have already contacted the support team several times, including shortly before you posted your question here.   You write: "Avira Pro - the subscription I already have paid for!!!!"  -  this version has nothing to do with "Prime Mobil" or "Prime Mobil Pro" version in your picture. These are different Avira versions! 

    We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation. See the community guidelines:

    The screenshot you have included is not from the Avira customer account, this is a licence for Apple from the App Store.
    You are confusing Avira and Apple. This has already been explained to you by Avira Support-Support -  for the 2nd time!
    A recovery link from Apple can only work with an app purchased from the Apple Store and installed in the Apple customer account!
