Urgent Help Needed: Inactive Link and Unable to Cancel Unused Premium Subscription
TerminéeI have been facing unresolved issues with my Avira Premium subscription since its purchase in November last year, nearly seven months ago. Despite having paid approximately 70 Euros, I have been unable to utilize the service due to the installation link sent by Avira Germany being inactive when I tried to install it on my laptop.
Furthermore, attempts to cancel the subscription via the desktop app are met with a message indicating that my email address is not linked to any premium subscription, which adds to my frustration as it prevents me from managing my account effectively.
My attempts to seek assistance have been redirected to an online chatbot, which has proven inadequate in resolving my issues. Given these circumstances, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription to avoid further charges for a service that I have never been able to use.
