    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.

    Unfortunately, we cannot follow your information.

    You write: ‘I uninstalled it using the link they gave me but I am still left with a system extension’.
    From here, from the Avira Community, we have not provided you with a link to uninstall it.
    Our last contact was 12.04.2021 with the Avira Community.
    At that time, 3 years ago, we answered your question about ‘sync my iphone and computer?’.

    You had various contacts with the Avira SUPPORT. The digital assistant always told you: ‘I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.’ and ‘If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.’ Satisfactory support is only possible with a correct login.  

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under Support: via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, questions about your licence or installation can only be answered by the support team via your GDPR-compliant customer account by email.  We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.     Sorry, Avira provided me with a link  to uninstall but I am still stuck with a system extension that I can't get rid of because it says I don't have permission. I was just wondering if anyone here knows how to get rid of it! I was told by Avira to post here but I guess no one can help!

    Your information: “I was told by Avira to post here...” means that you are not logged in correctly with your license credentials.

    We do not know your license settings, nor do we have access to your customer account and your installation. We had already described all this in our article from 08.06.2024, see above.

    Also for your information: “I can't get rid of because it says I don't have permission.”  Only you know the permissions you have granted; these cannot be determined via a publicly accessible forum.

    Once again: The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. Questions about the Avira license or Avira installation can only be answered in accordance with the GDPR by e-mail via Support. Thank you for your understanding.
