Smart scan not working

A satisfactory answer is only possible if you are correctly logged in to your Premium customer account.
Premium customers with a valid Avira licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT"; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
