    We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to the OS installation. The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support directly. See the Avira Community guidelines:

    We do not have access to your installation here and cannot provide instructions for checking it.

    Please answer the Avira support's questions and follow their instructions. You have received a number for your ticket, please log in with the ticket number provided for your case. No connection to your installation is possible here, from here, the Avira community. Thank you for your understanding.

    If you have an account, please log in for premium support services. 
    This message means that you are not correctly logged in with the licence access data.

    There are various access options from the Avira customer account:

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT":  via email, support chat and (sometimes) telephone.

    At the top right next to your name the small triangle: Support

    At the top left under the 3 bars My Avira Account the bar opens ⇒ In the left bar under "SUPPORT"

    You can only contact Avira Support if you have correctly registered your purchased Avira licence.
