    Since you purchased this subscription from 2017 !   Via Amazon, you have an invoice from Amazon.

    Please contact Amazon, they should give you a reason for the outdated Antivirus Pro 2017 and the further way to purchase an outdated software should be handled with you from there.
    Software purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned directly to the email address of the email address used for the purchase and can be installed from there.

    Was the purchase for a reduced special price? The refund of an Avira product purchased from a reseller can only be processed via the reseller.

    You have already contacted support. Your request can be processed from there.
