Smart Scan found File ANDROID/TrojanSMS.Agent.FV.Gen

After using Smart Scan 3 Issues with the same message have been found on my phone:
"ANDROID/TrojanSMS.Agent.FV.Gen has been detected. This item has been found to contain Malware. We recommend that you remove this item immediately"
After a long search I couldn't find this file anywhere (I can't evend find the directory "ANDROID" in capital letters - only "Android"). Since my phone started to show pop-up ads on start of every app, I figured, that this could very well be the cause of it.
Can you help me find a way to remove this trojan-file?
