    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum.
    We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your purchased Avira licence, nor access or information about your OS installation. We do not have any information about your installation and your important version numbers.

    The Avira Community is not a way to contact Avira Support!

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”: via email, support chat and (sometimes) telephone.

    You have already submitted various (!) tickets and - sometimes with incorrect logins - requests in your Avira customer account.
    Even today, shortly before this request, you created a ticket on the same topic.
    It would be extremely considerate not to post your requests more than once (not in the Community and one more to Support). Duplicate requests only unnecessarily increase the processing time, and further duplicate requests will be deleted after this information.
