Le 31 juillet, j'ai souscrit un abonnement pour renouveler mon contrat, avec 3 mois gratuit, j'ai reçu le numéro de l'abonnement, mais impossible de l'activer depuis ce jour, sur mon téléphone on me demande un code d'activation, mais je n'en ai pas, est-ce que cet abonnement est effectif ou non ? Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?Je vous en remercie par avance.

Your information is not understandable for us.
Your information: “I am asked for an activation code on my phone.” Only you can verify a correct registration with your phone. And also the verification!Avira has not provided an activation code for some time now. All products can be downloaded and managed directly via the customer account at my.avira.com/en
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
