Paid subscription
TerminéeOn Feb 3 I paid for a full subscription. My account has never been activated and I would never have realized it if I had not just purchased a new computer. How can I speak with someone to resolve this issue?

We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your purchased Avira licence, nor access or information about your OS installation.You have already contacted support several times. The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to your incorrect registration: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” Unfortunately, the digital assistant Mark can only offer satisfactory help to customers who are correctly registered!

With the correct registration - with the data of your licence - you can talk to real people.Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address, so that it is immediately available for use by the customer. The licence runs from the day of delivery. Cancellations and chargebacks can be made within specified deadlines after the order - the dates and deadlines are available to you in your Avira customer account. You can make changes to your licence in your Avira customer account using your licence access data. The cancellation and refund policies are available in your activated licence.
