Hello Damian,
You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license.
Access to your Avira customer account and to Avira Support is only possible with the e-mail address with which you purchased the Avira license and correctly logged into your Avira customer account!
The digital assistant Mark pointed out: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” A correct answer in the chat is only possible with a correct login, without this the problem cannot be solved! The publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately not a way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines: “How to create a post? ⇒ Details matter!”
Avira Community Guidelines – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraYou have not entered any information about your Avira license here. Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
You have 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account!
Avira Premium customers are given the opportunity to check the connections to the Dark Web. Only you can check whether your information about the Dark Web is correct based on your purchased and installed license and your selected settings.
Regarding your question: “Any advice?” you will find detailed descriptions and instructions for “Avira Identity Assistant” in the Avira Knowledgebase & Customer Support, which anyone can use to find out more about this topic:
Dashboard – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraYour questions: “Not sure it is actually from Avira? Any advice?” and ‘I don't even have Dark Web monitoring turned on, would appear to be Spam?’ we cannot follow.
The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email with your correct registration via Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards and have a nice Sunday
