Phonenumber change (verification code)
TerminéeMy phone number has changed. Therefore I can't access my account, because i can't to reach the verification code. I would like to continue using it, but I can’t find the solution so far. I would like to ask technical support. I Thanks in advance.

Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
You have already contacted Avira Support several times. The digital assistant Mark also drew your attention to this: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.” A satisfactory answer in the chat is only possible with your “correct” login.You have entered 4 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Please check that all of them are verified! Your info “because i can't to reach the verification code.” is your confirmation that your own verification details are not up-to-date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data in his customer account is correct and always up to date. To change your data, it is important that you verify the telephone number you have entered yourself. Only the licensee can do this, Avira has no access to it! If you have not corrected your personal data, no verification code can be stored in your e-mail account with your outdated, invalid telephone number.
The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by e-mail with your correct registration via Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.
