    Here in the Avira Community, a public forum, no access to your Avira customer account and your Avira licenses, cancellations or even refunds is possible.

    Unfortunately, we do not understand the details of your request with your access data to your Avira customer account.

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum - an user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account and your Avira installation, nor to your purchased Avira license.
    Here, the publicly accessible Avira Community is unfortunately no way to contact Avira Support. See the Avira Community guidelines: “How do I create a post?  ⇒ Details are important”:

    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; by email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    You have already contacted the support team several times. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. 
    The digital assistant Mark pointed out your errors: “I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level.” and “If you have an account, please log in for premium support services.”  Satisfactory answers are only possible after correct login.

    Check your refund request with the access data of your order or the refund request - this is the only way to contact Avira Support. Thank you for your understanding.

    This is so frustrating. I have tried to contact the Company, but as my subscription is cancelled, I have no access to contact them without logging into the account with a license number. How else can I get hold of them. Can you forward me an email address please?
